These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift cards (Gift Cards) issued by Taryn's Nail Boutique ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Gift Cards are issued and managed by Taryn's Nail Boutique, registered at the address above.

2. Purchasing and Activation

• Gift Cards can be purchased online only through our official website: tarynsnailboutique.co.uk.
• Cards can be loaded with amounts from £5 to £500.
• The Gift Card will be activated immediately upon successful payment and will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Validity and Expiry

• Each Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the card will no longer be redeemable.
• The validity period cannot be extended.

4. Redemption

• Gift Cards are redeemable online only at tarynsnailboutique.co.uk for booking services available on our website.
• They cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
• Gift Cards may be used partially; any remaining balance will be retained on the card until expiry.
• The remaining balance is displayed on the booking page when you use your card.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Purchases made online are covered by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which provide a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.
• If you wish to cancel within this period, please contact us at hi@tarynsnailboutique.co.uk.
• After the 14-day cooling-off period, Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards.

6. Data Protection

When you purchase a Gift Card, we collect your name and email address to process your order, deliver the Gift Card electronically, and maintain records for customer service and compliance purposes.

• Your data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or to provide essential payment and delivery services.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect Gift Cards that have already been purchased.
