Please read these policies before booking

❤️Client Comfort

• Please note this is my home & unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible, the boutique is upstairs.

• Refreshments and a calm environment are provided to make your visit relaxing and enjoyable. A coffee order is offered at the end of booking, I can then get this ready prior to your arrival.

📸Photos & Social Media

• With your permission, photos of your nails may be shared on my business social media pages to showcase my work.

• You're always welcome to decline if you'd prefer not to be photographed.

🏠Salon Etiquette

• As this is a home-based salon, please arrive alone.

• I kindly ask that you do not bring children or pets, as space is limited and I want to maintain a relaxing environment.

• Please arrive with bare nails if you are booked for a new set and haven't booked removal.

• Please use common sense with illnesses as I have to protect my family - contact me with any concerns.

⚕️Health & Safety

• If you have any infections, open cuts, or medical concerns affecting your hands or nails, please contact me before your appointment — I may need to reschedule for your safety.

• All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitised and disinfected between clients.

• Patch testing may be required for certain products if you have a history of allergies.

🕐Appointments & Punctuality

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you're running late, please message as soon as possible — I'll always do my best to accommodate, but lateness over 10 minutes may result in part of your service being shortened or your appointment being rescheduled.

• Repeated lateness may require pre-payment for future bookings.

💳Payments & Deposits

• A £10 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• The remaining balance will be taken automatically 24 hours before your appointment using the payment method on file.

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if at least 24 hours' notice is given for rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the full payment being non-refundable.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please give a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will result in the full payment being retained.

• Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations may be required to pay in full at the time of booking for future appointments.

💅Aftercare & Repairs

• You'll receive full aftercare advice at the end of your appointment.

• Minor repairs within 48 hours of your appointment are complimentary if due to product fault.

• Breakages or chips after 48 hours, or caused by misuse, will incur a small repair fee (£2–£5 per nail).

• Please contact me within the first 2 days if you experience any issues.
